Reminiscent of Grandma’s country home, we have taken the best of those comforts and combined them with spacious and sunny rooms for you to indulge in your love of quilting, knitting, scrap booking, or similar craft. We offer intimate yet fun accommodations, limiting the number of guests to a maximum of 6. We feel this provides an ideal and relaxed atmosphere while still offering a chance to get to know others that share your passion. Here at Toni’s Daughter, we have chosen to concentrate on providing you with the best of old fashioned comforts and the finest in modern conveniences. Our unique location offers an array of things that you won’t find anywhere else. Among these things is the likely possibility of coming across a mother deer and her fawns while you relax in the gardens or while taking the short walk to the Quilt shop located 4 blocks away. Here at the cottage you will find charming yet functional décor and the best in amenities, with our homemade goodies being just one of the luxuries we have prepared for you. In the lower level of the cottage you will find a country kitchen, the dining room and two large work studios, These have been set up to provide you with an excellent working environment. Also located on the lower level is the bath, with a large new shower.
Guests enjoying a Sunday Brunch of Eggs, juice, coffee, homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit and still warm banana bread. As you can see, the atmosphere here is one of relaxation and fun! Jammies or sweats, as attire of the day, is one of the things that can be indulged in here.

No detail has been overlooked in the large front rooms, from the adjustable chairs that will be a joy to sit in, to the tables and lighting, set up to provide you with an ample and comfortable working space for your craft. These rooms have also been decorated to surround you in a relaxed cottage atmosphere, something not always found in busy day to day life. The evolution at Toni's Daughter is happening at a relatively speedy pace. You may have read about the sitting area and the fireplace in the brochure or even here on the site, but with the expansion of the cottage into long arm instruction it has been necessary to shift or remove some of these elements. Please be assured that we have taken great care to continue to provide you with a wonderful yet relaxing work atmosphere. Upstairs you will find 4 guest rooms. These rooms have been designed to bring you the most restful slumber you’ve ever had. With careful attention to detail and with pampering in mind, you will find your featherbed outfitted with luxury sheets, and an array of pillows. Also located on the second floor is a new half bath, for convenience in the middle of the night. When you view these, remember to use the arrow on the right of the smaller set of photos to view the rest and the arrow on the left to come back to the previous slides. If the arrow on the right is totally gray, there are still more photos to view. Click on each small photo to see an enlarged version beneath the thumbnail photos. I do not have a photo of the 4th bedroom posted yet, it's on it's way!!! The lamps seen on the work tables in the first photos have been replaced with the addition of 4 more lighting fixtures installed. We have two single rooms, one of them private, perfect for those late sleepers. The other is semi-private, as there is one bed, yet serves as the entrance to the other room on the south side of the cottage. The other two rooms are set up to accommodate two guests each. These rooms are just right for you and your best friend to have your own private spot to catch up on each other’s busy lives. On the grounds you will find wonderful gardens (In Progress) to relax in and walk though. The large yard is dotted with lilacs, apple trees, hazelnuts, roses and of course the majestic pines. With landscaping ongoing and the changing of the seasons, there will always be something new to see. Future plans for the cottage include a hot tub and sauna to relax in after a hard day of indulging in your craft. Call today to make your reservations. We can work with you in designing the perfect retreat package. We are always open to new ideas so if you don’t see something mentioned that you’d like, let us know. We’ll be happy to make your retreat dreams a reality.
Offering quilting retreats, arts retreats and craft retreats with an emphasis on personal pampering in a relaxed cottage atmosphere.
